Refund, Complaints & Returns Policy

At Vésaura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, you’ll find our policies on complaints, returns, and cancellations.

Complaints

You have a 2-year right to file a complaint from the date you receive your order under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).

  • Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.
  • This does not cover defects caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

  • You must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your order if you wish to cancel your purchase.
  • To do so, please email us at contact@vesaura.com. Simply refusing delivery does not count as a valid cancellation.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date you receive the final item.

Subscriptions

  • The first order of a Vésaura subscription is covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Subsequent monthly renewals are considered new, individual orders and are ineligible for returns or refunds once processed.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

Returns

  • Perfumes cannot be returned once shipped due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged or defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Subscription orders are ineligible for returns or refunds, except for damaged or defective items.

Uncollected / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to non-collection, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, carrier return fees, and reasonable handling costs.

Re-shipping Option

Customers may request re-shipment of a returned order. A new shipping fee must be paid before the order is sent again.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, Vésaura is not responsible for delays or return costs.
