How does the Vésaura subscription work?

With Vésaura, you have complete control! You can choose how long you'd like your subscription to last, and you can cancel anytime. Every month, you'll receive an 8ml bottle of perfume (around 120 sprays), designed to last you a full month.

To manage your subscription, simply go to the Manage Subscription section in your profile, where you can select your monthly fragrance and handle all other preferences. Before each payment is processed, you'll be prompted to choose your perfume for the upcoming month. Please note that you can't select perfumes in advance—choices are made monthly to keep your scent selection fresh and exciting.

Can I customize my subscription?

Yes! Each month, you can pick the perfume you'd like to receive through the Manage Subscription section. If you're not sure what to choose, our personalized perfume quiz can recommend something based on your preferences. You can change your selection anytime before your payment is processed for the next month, giving you the freedom to try new fragrances and tailor your experience month by month.

How does Vésaura Select work?

Vésaura Select is our personalized fragrance selection service designed to help you discover new perfumes tailored to your unique preferences. Here’s how it works:

1. Sign Up: When you join Vésaura, you’ll be required to answer a few questions regarding your fragrance preferences. This quick and enjoyable quiz will ask about your favorite notes, occasions for wearing scents, and any specific styles you prefer.

2. Personalized Recommendations: Based on your responses, our algorithm will generate a selection of perfumes that match your preferences.

3. Hand-Picked Selections: Our team will then dive deeper into your results and hand-pick fragrances that align with your preferences, ensuring you receive scents that are well-suited to your style.

4. Monthly Selections: Each month, we will choose a new perfume for you based on your preferences and previous selections. You can trust that we’ll select fragrances that you’re likely to enjoy.

5. Flexibility: If your tastes change, you can always retake the quiz or update your preferences to help us refine your selections.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! We offer gift subscriptions for 2, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. It’s the perfect way to treat someone special to a personalized fragrance journey. Check out our gift guide here.

What size are the perfume bottles?

Each mini perfume in our collection is 8ml, delivering approximately 120 sprays that are sure to last you a month, making them perfect for travel or exploring new scents.

Does the perfume come with a case?

For first-time subscription purchases, yes! When you subscribe, you'll receive a complimentary Vésaura 8ml perfume travel case with your first month's perfume. After that, the case is not included in future shipments. One-time buyers do not receive a free case, but you can always purchase a case separately in a variety of colors to protect and carry your perfumes here.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations apply to future shipments, and any already-shipped items are non-refundable.

Can I skip a month in my subscription?

Yes, you can! If you don’t want to receive a perfume for a particular month, simply go to the Manage Subscription section and choose to skip that month. Additionally, you can pause your subscription entirely if you need a break, allowing you to resume deliveries at a later date without canceling your membership.

What if I forget to choose my perfume?

If you forget to select a perfume for the upcoming month, you’ll receive the same fragrance as the previous month. We understand that some customers enjoy sticking with a favorite scent, while others may want to explore new options. If you'd prefer not to receive the same perfume, you can easily skip that month in the Manage Subscription section or choose a new fragrance before your payment is processed.

Can I return or exchange a perfume?

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to resolve your concerns.
