Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Vésaura subscription at any time through your customer account.

Cancellations apply to future orders only. Any orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you do not select a new perfume for your subscription, the previous month’s perfume will be sent automatically unless you notify us before the next renewal date.
